How do I know if my house is a good fit for the Azero Home platform?

If your house is well maintained and cared for, has a nice design and elements that make it special, if its in a good location, then it probably fits our brief.  You can send us some pictures of the exteriors and the interiors at [email protected] and we will let you know what we think.
Also please have a look at the houses already on the platform in order to get a better idea.

How can I become a member?

You apply through the registration process on the website.

Why should I put my property on the Azero Homes platform? What are the benefits?

There are two main benefits for listing your property on Azero homes:

 

You have full control of your property. Azero Homes will put you in touch with its wide “network of friends”, through which you can rent your property out, without commissions and under your own terms.  This means that members come in direct contact with you and all terms and conditions are directly discussed and agreed between you without any interference from Azero Homes.

 

Azero Homes is a marketing platform and we will be marketing the portfolio of homes on social media, through our newsletters and blogs, as well as through word of mouth.

 

NO commissions, NO intermediaries.

If I have no property to rent out, why should I be a member of the Azero Homes platform?

If you are an international traveler and you are looking to rent beautiful properties for business or for pleasure, at Azero Homes, you will find a wide worldwide selection which you will only have access to if you are a member.  Also if you would like more personal contact with the homeowner, there are no intermediaries, and you can arrange your stay according to your needs.

How much does it cost to become a member?

For the time being all services are free at Azero Homes. This means it is free to become a member, and there is no listing fee if you are to upload your property on our platform.

Who can rent the houses on the Azero Homes platform?

Only members of Azero Homes

If something goes wrong in the transaction between the home owner and the guest, is Azero Homes responsible for the resolution of the problem?

No.  Azero Homes is a marketing platform. The resolution needs to take place between the homeowner and the guest.  Azero Homes is not an agency, it is a platform, facilitating connections between homeowners and guests. For this reason we recommend the use of rental contracts, even when you rent to friends, other members, and people you know.   Azero homes can supply you with sample contract which you can share with your lawyer.

How can I update my personal details?

Login to your account, go into “my profile” and click on “edit”

Is there an agency fee/commission when I rent my home through the platform?

There is no agency or commission fee when your home is rented through the Azero Homes platform. In fact, Azero Homes do not take part in the transaction in any way.  Only in the case where a homeowner member would like Azero Homes to actively search for guests for their rental property, would Azero Homes charge a commission, and only after explicit arrangements.

I need a photographer to take good pictures of my property. Can you recommend someone?

First, you need to log in. Then choose the property you are interested in to send an enquiry. On the right side of the property page, you will find the enquiry form. Complete all the fields and type in the message box all the information you require, and press send. The homeowner will receive your enquiry, and they will contact you.

How do I book services?

Each property offers different types of services. Depends on the locations and availability. To check what services are available you need to go to the property page, scroll down, and check the section “Services”. Then through the enquiry form, you can ask your host to assist you with the services that you are interested in.

 

In addition, Azero Homes can offer additional services depending on availability. Please get in touch by using the contact form.

How can I see the homeowner’s profile?

First, you need to log in. Then choose a property and then on the right side of the property page you will see a picture and the name of the homeowner. Either click on the picture or the name of the homeowner and you will be directed to the homeowner’s profile. On their profile, you can see their full name email address, phone number, and some additional information.

Can I share a property with a friend?

Yes. Go to the property’s page that you want to share and click one of the three options: Facebook, Email, or the + icon where you can find plenty of social media channels to share the property.

 

I do not want to have a public profile; how can I disable it?

Please contact us though contact form. And we will assist you.

How can I add a property, using my desktop/laptop?

Register or login 

From your dashboard click the menu item “Add property” on the left side of your screen

Complete all the fields from all the tabs.

After you complete all the fields from all the tabs click save property

To preview your property from your dashboard click my properties and then click the  "eye" icon

How can I add a property, using my smartphone/tablets?

Register or login 

 

While you are on your dashboard click the button “Dashboard Menu”

 

From the drop-down menu choose the option “ + add property”

 

Complete all the fields from all the tabs.

 

After you complete all the fields from all the tabs click save property

 

To preview your property from your dashboard menu, click my properties and then click the "eye" icon

I do not want to show the price for my property, how can I do it?

At the “add property” page, or at “edit my property page” if you have already uploaded your list (click the edit button), go to the tab “Availability/rates” and remove the rates you have already added by clicking the “ – “ icon and then click the update property button.

How can I change the main cover photo of my property?

Login to your account, click “My properties” from your dashboard menu list, click the edit button (pencil icon), click “main info” tab and scroll down to find the field “List Item Image”. Then, click the x button to remove the existing picture and then the ” add image” button. On the new screen click select files and choose from your computers files which photo you wish to upload as main cover photo. Note the image must me less than 2MB

How do I know if my property has been approved and it is online?

When the Azero Homes Team approve your property, you will receive an email notifying you that your property has been approved and is available online.  

 

Also, you can go to your dashboard – My properties and there you can check the status of your property.

Why cannot I see my property at the home page?

You cannot see your property online because approval is pending.

How can I edit my published property?

Login, go to your dashboard, click “My property” option from the left side menu or from my dashboard button [on the mobile/tablet] and then click the edit button (pencil icon)

How can I find the Latitude & Longitude of my property?

Either you can use this platform https://www.latlong.net/  or,

On your computer, open Google Maps.

 

Right-click the place or area on the map. This will open a pop-up window. You can find your latitude and longitude in decimal format at the top.

 

To copy the coordinates automatically, left click on the latitude and longitude.

How can I check my favorites list?

Login to your account

 

Go to your dashboard and click the menu item “My Favorites”

 

Here you can see all your favorite properties

 

If you click the bin icon you can remove a property from your favorite list.

How can I delete my account?

Contact us through the contact form.

I made a spelling mistake while I was typing my name how can I edit?

How do I know which of my personal details are available to our members?

Login and then go to your dashboard. The information you can see on your dashboard tab is available to all members. Otherwise, log in, find your property from the search bar, and click your profile picture or your name on your property’s page.

I do not want to have my own profile picture, can I?

Yes of course. You can leave empty the field “Profile Photo” on your “edit profile” page or you can upload a picture of your property. If neither, your initials will appear in the circle.

How do I change my password

Please contact us to change your password.

In order to upload pictures of your property to the gallery, please follow these steps:

1.Log in to your account.

2. Go to the "Add Property" section.

3. Scroll down until you find the "Media" tab.

4. Click on the "Add to Gallery" button. Then, upload the files by selecting them and clicking the "Select" button located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

5. Once your pictures have been inserted into the gallery, you have the flexibility to rearrange their order by simply dragging and dropping each picture. It's important to note that you cannot select multiple pictures at once for reordering; you will need to do it individually, one picture at a time.

6. After you have finished editing your property, simply scroll down and select the "Save My Property" button to save your changes.
