Nestled in this wonderful little protected cove of PLATIS GIALOS, 100ft from the beach will be your retreat to share and enjoy all that Sifnos has to offer.With ocean views, this tranquil 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house is new, clean and simple with all the comforts you may need, and only 50 steps from the magnificent sand beach of Platis Gialos. You can be barefoot all day long, if you wish, and never step foot in a car. Two bedrooms on the main level share a long terrace and bathroom, while the two bedrooms on the lower level share a bathroom. The top level has the kitchen, dining area that seats 4, living room, bathroom, and a veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea on one side, and olive groves and terraced hills on the other. A washing machine is on the lower level and the fully equipped kitchen provides a large refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove top, kettle and espresso machine. Air conditioning/heating units are in each bedroom, and Queen size COCOMAT beds. The house sleeps 8 people very comfortably but the upstairs living area can feel tight if all 8 people are using it at the same time but the balcony makes up for it with a 10 people seating area. The interior space of the house is 107 square meters or 1150 square feet.
