Description
Villa Klotildi is a converted farmhouse, a secluded, luxury home.
The bright minimalistic interior with beamed ceilings and large windows is relaxing and restful to the eye while offering all that one expects from a luxury home. The villa is on two levels, with three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor and the common living area upstairs: a cozy sitting room with a fireplace and an open plan kitchen-dining area that extends on to the covered veranda.
The independent guest house – bedroom with ensuite bathroom- is behind the main house on its own terrace and sports the added benefit of an outdoor shower cubicle.
Kitchen – Dining Room
The ultra-modern kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with everything our caretaker/cook needs to prepare your breakfast and any other meal. There are two types of coffee maker – filter and espresso machine – and a full-size refrigerator that will accommodate even the largest watermelon! Jeewan will discuss menus with you and will cook one main meal per day for your party, as well as anything you desire for breakfast.
The kitchen opens on to the dining room which in turn leads out to the veranda. The table inside seats up to ten comfortably but are so many options for dining al fresco around the property that it will be a wonder if you have time to try them all!
Bedrooms
Bright, light and mostly white – the bedrooms are all at ground level with direct access to the terrace or grounds.
Veranda
With a spectacular view over the olive groves down to the sea this covered veranda is bound to become one of your favorite corners, a natural extension of the villa’s living area upstairs. The rectangular table is big enough for the whole party to share meals, play board games or just hang out relaxing in the evenings.
Outdoor
Set in a 17-acre olive grove, the stone-built villa is surrounded by landscaped terraces and has a spacious covered veranda with a spectacular view of the sea over the tops of the olive trees.
At just one kilometer from the seafront the property is secluded, offering absolute quiet with just the song of the cicadas and the rustle of the leaves in the breeze breaking the silence.
The spacious terraces built around it, equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture, provide numerous alternative settings for breakfast, al fresco dining, soaking up the sun or lounging in the shade with your favorite book.
