This villa with a pool and a private beach is situated on a peninsula between the beaches of Kolios and Vromolimnos. The villa consists of the main house, a lovely guest house and private parking. Also at the exterior area of the villa there is a pergola with a dining area and a garden. The Azero Skiathos offers great uninterrupted views and a magnificent sundown.

The air-conditioned residence consists of 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2023, a guest wc and a wardrobe. Additionally, the outdoor dining area on the terrace overlooks the gardens, study/TV room, and large outdoor areas. It also offers a large utility room which can sleep two staff as well as a staff bathroom with shower.

The guest house features a living room and two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom. Also, its own veranda with outdoor sitting. There are pathways to the two private beaches shared with the house next door.

The main patio features a large pool area with a seawater pool, pergola dining, loungers, and sunbeams, umbrellas and overlooks the bay and the private beach below.

Maintenance and renovation work at the villa is carried out annually, and we  conduct meticulous inspections to correct or add facilities, ensuring a truly magnificent experience for our guests during their holidays on the island.

Wifi is available throughout the villa, the guest house and the pool area.

Location

Popular points of interest near the villa include Vromolimnos Beach, Kolios Beach, and Kanapitsa Beach. Water sports are available on both beaches as well as beach bars and restaurants. The nearest airport is Skiathos, 8 km from the Residence, paid airport shuttle service available. The social hub of the island is situated in the port. Which is close to the airport and offers dining, bars, and clubs as well as shopping.
